Broadway Consolidated PLC is based in the Isle of Man. The Company was formed to take advantage of the opportunities in mineral and natural resource developments created over a number of years in Liberia.

The Company has secured agreements for concessions and mining blocks in Liberia, and in particular, it has acquired the following licenses:

  • 1 offshore oil and gas block, namely LB-13, which was approved by the Liberian Government and the National Oil Company on April 16th 2007.

  • 42 onshore diamond and gold mining blocks.

  • 2 blue water dredging concessions.

  • Barite exploration and;

  • Tantalum exploration concessions.
